Agejo (age嬢) is a sub-style of Gyaru that embodies a glamorous and feminine fashion expression, influenced by expressing a high level of sex appeal through both style and attitude. While it is predominantly worn by hostesses, it is not exclusively limited to them. Emerging in 2007,[1] Agejo finds its prominent representation in the popular magazine "小悪魔 AGEHA.[2] The style emphasizes sexy, hyper, loud and cute fashion, and may also be found among those working in the hostess industry.

The style is characterized by various distinctive elements. Elaborate and decorative mori (大正) hairstyles, and spectacular nails with a glossy finish are key features. Glamorous deco accessories, oversized sunglasses, and the combination of black, pink and gold colors contribute to the overall allure. Thick eyeliner, both top and bottom lashes, and the use of dolly-style circle lenses are common makeup choices. Lingerie-inspired aspects, such as showcasing fancy bras, garter stockings, and corset lacing, are incorporated into the style. Clothing tends to feature a short and form-fitting design that accentuates the chest while maintaining a looser fit in other areas. Brand-name bags and jewelry serve as coveted accessories that complete the Agejo ensemble.

It is worth noting that Agejo fashion is more commonly found among older Gyaru enthusiasts and is less prevalent among younger Gyaru due to the mature nature of this style. Despite its occasionally revealing nature, Agejo remains rooted in a sense of elegance and sophistication.
